TERMS & CONDITIONS

504 Real Estate Media, LLC (Licensor) and Listing Agent (Licensee) agree to the following:

1. Licensee is able to use images provided by Licensor for the sole purpose of selling/leasing the listed property.
2. Use of images under this agreement expires upon the sale/lease of the listed property.
3. Photography services between Licensor and Licensee are a direct contract between the two.
4. License is not transferable.
5. Licensor retains all other rights to each image provided, including copyrights.
6. Licensee's downloading or importing of the images provided by Licensor constitutes agreement with the above Terms & Conditions.
